Born in Portland, Oregon, Taylor Grimes is a lifelong music and pop culture geek who loves to write. When he's not waxing poetic about his latest obsession over on Swim Into The Sound, you can find him posting music esoterica online, managing his unwieldy offline music library, or going for a run.
By day, Taylor works in advertising as a copywriter and has worked for companies such as McDonald's, Starbucks, and Red Robin, plus tons of automotive brands. This work has taken him from the West Coast to Detroit, Denver, and North Carolina. Most recently, Taylor has relocated to the emo mecca of Philadelphia to write for QVC and he’s is loving it.
